I came to try on dresses with some of my bridesmaids and my mom and had a great experience. Everyone was super nice, down to earth, friendly and honest. I was so excited to have found my dress! The dress was supposed to be in by August and I ended up calling into the shop to get an update and was told the dress was delayed by the designer, and then delayed by a hurricane! I had to call several times for updates and ended up getting my dress 2 weeks before my wedding. I completely understand the delay was not their fault, but their lack of communication was frustrating. No responses to emails and had to call myself to get updates. Each time I talked to them they were very friendly, calming and helpful, just no pro-activeness to communication.

The staff goes to a lot of effort to give every bride and the wedding party a special, memorable experience while visiting the salon, and utilizing their services. The staff is knowledgeable of wedding trends and is able to kindly, honestly, offer suggestions for style and comfort. On occasion, a glitch may occur, but the staff will go out of their way to remedy the situation and bring a satisfied smile to all concerned. Customer service is a priority at this salon!!!!
